The fund is established on 5th May 2008. The fund invests in the sectors of the Russian economy, which register growth. With area of 17,1 mln.km² Russia disposes of rich oil and gas reserves. The current growth of the annual salaries with more than 20% stimulates the consumption. Parallel to the foreseen investment programs on a large scale, the country aims to build the necessary infrastructure for economic boom. The social progress and political stability guarantee the best possible investment climate. The recommended investment horizon is not shorter than 10 years
